Volvo China Open Golf Tip
The European Tour remains in China this week for the Volvo China Open, which takes place at the Ian Woosnam designed Topwin Golf and Country Club in Beijing. This Par 72 7,229yd venue which was only opened in 2011, is described as a parkland track played under a stunning backdrop of The Great Wall of China.
The course has undulating greens and water hazards feature on all bar three of the holes, and defending champion and local favourite Wu Ashun describes the track as very demanding. Without any previous course form to work from, this is a really tough betting heat to decipher, so we are putting up just two each way selections this week. Warm sunny conditions, with only light winds are forecast, so expect another week of low scoring.

The Frenchman arrives in Beijing this week off the back of a solid Tied 13th place finish in the Shenzhen International. This previous two-time winner on Tour, has been in decent form this season with three top 10 finishes in his nine starts, including two in Asia. His form last year in the three events in China reads T4-T8-T9, so this steady golfer has as good as chance as anyone of acting around this new layout. He represents decent each-way value in an open heat.
